How to: View outline heading levels.
Solution:
Click 'Show Heading[#]' on the outline toolbar.
1) Create an outline.
2) Click one of the 'Show Heading [#]' (1-9) from the 'Outline' toolbar to display the number of heading levels to be viewed. (The number of heading levels appear without any subsequent levels or text.)
NOTE: To see all heading levels, click 'All'.
